Lofton Label and Packaging and its employees are committed to the goal of the consistent production of quality labeling and flexible packaging materials in the manner best suited to meet the needs of our customers. We are dedicated to the ongoing efforts of continuous improvement through the reduction of nonconforming outputs and increasing the efficiency of our processes.

Our commitment to quality is demonstrated in the key elements of our Quality Management System:

  1. The annual review of our quality management system with the intent to better manage and maintain our procedures and processes, with the goal to better address of the needs and expectations of our customers and a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements.
  2. Quality is monitored and evaluated through the Lofton Label, Inc. quality management system utilizing internal auditing, management review, and customer feedback.
  3. Responsibility for quality lies with Top Management and with each, individual, section, and department within our organization focusing on our quality management system and quality objectives.
  4. Top Management recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction and Lofton Labels’ quality management system has been developed to improve the customer satisfaction metric.
  5. The Quality Policy provides the framework for our Quality objectives that have been established throughout our organization. The objectives are periodically reviewed along with this Quality Policy for effectiveness, suitability and relevance to our organization.
  6. Quality Employees are committed to the continual improvement of the quality management system through the use of quality objectives and 8D problem solving to identify the root cause of nonconforming products or processes.
  7. This Quality Policy is communicated to all levels of employees through training and postings throughout various locations in the organization.
